These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SeeSi application and related services.
By downloading, accessing, or using SeeSi, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not use the app.
SeeSi is not intended for children under the age of 13.
By using the app, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use the app under the laws applicable to you.
An account is required for the app itself. You must register or sign in to add people, answer questionnaires and see your results.
Help Now is the exception. The emergency numbers and support services it lists can be opened without an account and without unlocking the app, from the sign-in screen and from the lock screen. Only reporting that a service did not work needs an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
SeeSi is provided as a self-reflection and relationship insight tool.
The app is intended to help users reflect on interaction patterns, personal impressions, and relationship-related experiences.
SeeSi does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or crisis advice.
Help Now. Help Now lists emergency numbers and support services that other organisations run — police and ambulance services, national helplines, shelters, and foreign ministries. SeeSi operates none of them and is not itself a crisis service.
Every entry is taken from the operator’s own page or from the responsible authority, and each one carries the date it was last checked. Even so, numbers, opening hours and the languages a service speaks can change without notice, and a service can be busy or unavailable. SeeSi cannot guarantee that a number works or that help will be given.
In an emergency, call your country’s emergency number directly. Help Now shows the number and hands the call to your phone; it does not contact anyone on your behalf and it does not know that you need help.
SeeSi does not diagnose any person or relationship.
Any scores, labels, summaries, or insights presented in the app are provided for informational and personal reflection purposes only.
You are solely responsible for the content you enter into the app, including notes, answers, ratings, and relationship-related information.
You agree not to use the app to upload, store, or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.
You are responsible for how you interpret and use any insights generated by the app.
SeeSi lets you record information about people in your life, including a name or nickname, a photo, and your own answers about that relationship. Those people have not installed the app and have not agreed to anything.
You are solely responsible for what you choose to record about another person and for complying with the laws that apply to you. Record only what you need for your own reflection, and consider using a nickname instead of a full name.
This content stays on your device. It is not uploaded to our servers, is not shared with other users, and is never used to identify or contact the person it describes.
SeeSi may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases.
Payment will be charged through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Pricing, billing, and renewal terms presented in the app or on the App Store page form part of your purchase terms.
SeeSi can be used without a subscription. The free plan covers up to three people.
A subscription removes that limit for as long as it is active.
If a subscription ends or is not renewed and you have more than three people saved:

SeeSi and its content, features, branding, design, and software are owned by or licensed to SeeSi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
SeeSi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeSi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the app or its outputs.
The app may generate summaries, scores, or interpretations based on user-provided inputs. These outputs may be incomplete, subjective, or inaccurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeSi and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the app.
Your use of the app and reliance on any content or app-generated output is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access to SeeSi if you violate these Terms & Conditions or misuse the app.
You may stop using the app at any time.
Deleting the app does not automatically delete your account unless you also use the available account deletion function.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will be published at this location. Continued use of SeeSi after an update means you accept the revised Terms & Conditions.
If you access SeeSi through the Apple App Store, your use of the app may also be subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), where applicable.
